How soon will my order ship?
We ship daily Monday through Saturday. All orders placed before 1pm ship the same-day. All orders ship with Fedex 2-day air. Please note we cannot ship to PO boxes, only commercial and residential addresses. Please reach out to customer service with any issues related to shipping delays or mis-deliveries.

All of our products undergo rigorous third-party mass spectrometry testing with Janoshik Analytical.
Where can I find the COA for my batch?
You can view all of our current active COAs on our COA page as well as at the bottom of the product page for the peptide.
How do I verify my COA with Janoshik?
Please go to https://janoshik.com/verify/ and enter the task number and unique key found on your COA. Please note that this is a different code than the batch numbers we use internally to track batches.

Why is there no liquid in my vial of peptides?
Our peptides are lyophilized (freeze dried) for shelf stability during shipping and handling, to ensure they arrive to you with maximally potent. They require bacteriostatic water for research use. Please view our FAQs on reconstitution for resources on mixing.

What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns of unopened vials within a month of purchase. To initiate a return request or refund request, log in to your account using the same email address used at checkout. Navigate to the My Account page, select the Orders tab, and click Return Request next to the relevant order. Complete the return request form, and our team will respond within 1–2 business days. We will issue a full refund when we receive the return package and can restock the inventory.
